We had multiple electrical issues due to broken connectors, poor splicing, and well age. Pulled the wiring harness and had it rebuilt by Aeromotive.us in Elgin Illinois. A rattle in the engine and after dropping the oil pan and a quick look necessitated pulling the engine. The chassis, undercarriage, engine compartment, pretty much everything was covered in mud -possibly due to the following:
Just a note, that is not me in the picture...
Pulled the grill and radiator off to prep for more easily pulling the engine, figured I might as well pull the fenders off, pulled the engine and took it off to B&C engine Service where it sits now.
Not me here either. Spending spring break power washing mud off a Jeep, priceless!
I thought to myself, I’m not that far from having this body off... Consulted with my neighbor Jeff, another redneck, and decided the two of us could pull this off. Two floor jacks, 9 2x6 8 footers, and one 4x4 later and we have a beautiful body lift in my garage.

ReplyDeleteLook up there where I changed my name. It's a funny name.
Yeah, well, you might as well keep up the good work,
